I am Krati Gupta, Research Fellow at DM2L (Data Mining and Machine Learning) Laboratory, Department of Ophthalmology, University of Tennessee Health Science Center, TN, USA. Here, we are dedicated to build computer assisted diagnostic solutions for severe eye disorders, such as glaucoma and age-related macular diseases. The project includes pre-recognition and identification of disorders, using various modalities of detection. I have completed my PhD from School of Computing & Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, India. I was a part of Multimedia Analytics, Networks and Systems (MANAS) Labs at IIT Mandi. My PhD thesis work dealt with the problem of human cell segmentation and classification, including mitotic cell identification, for diagnosis of a severe range of human autoimmune disorders. Moreover, some other projects on human protein atlas identification, and cervical cancer have also been explored.
