KRANEJ Events and Adventures is a social enterprise dedicated to creating social events and adventure tours around the world. These events and tours focus on entertaining, educating, empowering, and promoting arts and culture in our communities while raising funds to address poverty in Sub-Saharan African Countries. Every monetary fund generated from the events is used to support the development of the local skill-set of African youths to address unemployment.

According to the International Labor Organization report of 2021, eighty percent of African youths from Sub-Saharan African countries are facing unemployment. At least 45% of these youths have managed to graduate from college but are unable to find employment. Therefore, our goal is to strengthen the unity of community members by encouraging communication and cooperation while working toward solving unemployment issues in our local communities collectively.

We achieve this by creating an Eco-system that collectively works with all institutions that are involved in creating jobs for their youths. These institutions are academic, higher education, industry partners, and financial institutions in each specific country. Youths need to start planning their careers before graduating high school. Higher education institutions should be able to fairly allocate resources to all courses they offer, and advocate for entrepreneurship as a mandatory course for all students. Industry partners who are key employers should work closely with high schools and higher education career advisors to determine what key workforce skills students should graduate with to be employable.
