I am a political scientist with expertise in comparative politics and American politics, with a particular interest in citizens’ evaluation and engagement with governments and political institutions. My research investigates how domestic and foreign issues, institutional arrangements, and communication strategies shape these evaluations and patterns of engagement.
Currently, I am the Howard Deshong Postdoctoral Fellow at the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania. From 2020 to 2023, I was a visiting researcher in the School of Politics and International Relations at The Australian National University. I held the position of Assistant Professor (fixed term) in the Department of Political Science at Michigan State University from 2018 to 2021. I have a Ph.D. in Political Science from Michigan State University (2018), an M.A. in Political Science (with honors) from Tel Aviv University (2010), and a B.A. in Political Science and Communication (with honors) from Tel Aviv University (2007).
