I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Calgary. I am currently on the 2024-2025 job market. 

My research interests are in the areas of Labor Economics, Health Economics, and Applied Econometrics. 

My Ph.D. dissertation investigates three questions:

• How does immigration policy shape the labor market outcomes of native postsecondary graduates?

• Do immigrant children benefit from growing up in neighborhoods with large immigrant populations?

• How do place-based factors, such as residential location, contribute to health outcomes?
