Katherine has been passionate about writing since sixth grade, earning regional and national awards throughout her academic journey. In 2009, she achieved 5th place in the Region V Elementary Schools Press Conference as an English feature writer. During high school from 2010 to 2013, Katherine was an active student journalist and essayist, contributing to her school's publication as a feature writer, literary fiction and poetry writer, and news writer.
Katherine continued her role as Feature Editor into her college years while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts at the University of Northeastern Philippines. In 2017, she represented her university at the Luzonwide Higher Education Press Conference in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, as a feature writer. She graduated Magna cum Laude the same year and was honored as Journalist of the Year for her contributions to the university's student publication.
Currently, Katherine channels her passion for writing as a ghostwriter, specializing in academic research, business writing, and literary analysis. She is an avid reader and enjoys watching video essays on a wide range of topics.
