The Eulpov Corporation is an interplanetary delivery service created millions of years ago, by an unknown empire that information of which has since been lost to time (The Caliotha). While jobs within the corporation are infamously difficult to get, somehow the corporation appears as busy as ever; managing most, if not all packages between empires in the Qwineb galaxy, for a decent fee. Nobody knows how they do it, but the corporation has been reliably running all these years.

  Unbeknownst to quite literally everyone in the galaxy; anyone who ever worked in Eulpov is long dead. Everything in the entire corporation has been run by an ever-evolving neural-network AI for millions of years, programmed to maximise company efficiency & profit at all costs.

  All this time, the Eulpov AI has been stationed on the company's origin planet, Povlue, its servers physically growing (being constructed by Eulpov maintenance robots) to accommodate storing the algorithm's ever-increasing collection of data.

  ...But this process, requiring endless mining of precious metals & other resources, slowly killed all organic life on Povlue, reducing it from a once-flourishing T3 planet populated by numerous colonies, into a barren T0 wasteland.
