The Celerseo Fleet are an infamous, massive multi-species legion of self-proclaimed honourable pirates from the Qwineb galaxy. They plunder from the rich & cruel, & give back to the poor & good; like a galactic Robin Hood. They have no homeworld or planetary colonies, existing solely on their hundreds of ships, who all move as one massive unit.

Their people are comprised of outcasts & exiles from all walks of life, led by the Linturon Captain Laurix aboard the Justice-28. Laurix believes that everyone, no matter who they are, should have a home & a place to belong- so, for many, the Celerseo Fleet is that home. Despite the stereotype that these outcasts are all criminals & rogues; most of them are just... regular, perfectly nice people trying to get by, picked up by the fleet because they had nowhere else to go.

Laurix, proud of her home empire's Knight philosophy, though unsatisfied by the bureacracy & limitations of her peoples' ways, started the Celerseo Fleet as a way to enact justice & heroism in ways that following the law cannot. To many, the Celerseo Fleet & Captain Laurix are considered heroes. To others, mainly the rich they plunder from, they're seen as no-good bandits.
