PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE 

We provide Property Management Services for all types of Properties and Buildings  such as Condominiums, Service Apartments, Commercial Office Buildings, Retail Complexes, Gated & Guarded Community, Industrial Properties, Mixed Developments, Shop Offices and Resort Developments. 

STAFFING AND EMPLOYMENT 

Appoint site staff on behalf of and expense of the client, such as building supervisor, administrative clerk, technician and handyman for the day to day operation of the property. 

BUILDING MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE 

Advise the client on all property related matters including management, operations and maintenance of the facilities and common property. Liaise with the local authority on matters relating to the property management. 

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT 

Billing and collection of service charge, sinking fund and other charges. Issue invoice to all proprietors at specific intervals for service charge. 

LEGAL MATTERS

Subject to written approval by client, notices will be given to institute any actions or legal proceedings for any issues relating to the property. 

RISK AND INSURANCE MANAGEMENT 

To advise the client on the exposure of risk and the types of insurance policies required for the management of the property.
