I am currently a member of the Distributed, Parallel and Secure Systems (DPSS) Group at INESC-ID, working with Prof. João Pedro Barreto. We are working on devising efficient memory management for multi-tiered memory systems with CXL-attached memory. Before joining INESC-ID, I was a FARE fellow at IIT Kanpur. I completed my PhD in the CSE Department at IIT Kanpur, India. I worked with Prof. Debadatta Mishra (primary) and Prof. Biswabandan Panda (co-advisor) during my PhD. My PhD thesis was on incorporating persistence semantics into applications running on a hybrid memory system with Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) and DRAM.
My research focuses on identifying and exploiting optimization opportunities in operating systems and computer architecture to improve application performance through hardware–software co-design.
