THE MEMORIAL ARBORS
THE MEMORIAL ARBORS
Plaques can be placed in the Memorial Arbors for alumni who have passed away. Each year during Homecoming Weekend, the plaques placed during that year are dedicated in a ceremony at the Memorial Arbors.
Currently we have twelve classmates who have “Crossed the Bar.” Plaques are already in place remembering nine of them. Some were placed by family and some by us, as a class. Each plaque costs $200 to inscribe, install and maintain. We began raising funds for this effort during our 30th Reunion and we will continue to do so to keep the plaques current for members of the Class of 1986.
At our 35th Reunion, three plaques will be placed and dedicated. In addition, we will try to let their families know the plaques will be dedicated and invite them to be at the Memorial Arbors Ceremony.
Please consider making a donation to help us continue to memorialize fallen classmates. You can add your donation to the '86 Memorial Arbor Fund as you pay for your reunion activities.

The USMMA Alumni Association and Foundation (AAF) is pleased to announce that there will be a livestream of the Memorial Arbors Ceremony* at 11:15 a.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021. The livestream will be hosted on USMMA's Facebook page.
Although we wish it were in person at the Academy during Homecoming weekend, the AAF will continue to honor those who have made their final voyage via this livestream ceremony.
Please click on the button below a few minutes before 11:15 a.m. on Saturday to view the ceremony as it is happening. The AAF will also share the recording following the ceremony.
Stay safe and be well. Acta Non Verba!
