Characters

Sophie Foster

Sophie Foster is the main protagonist of this series. She has platinum/golden blonde hair, and is described as incredibly beautiful. She is currently thirteen years old and in her third year attending Foxfire. She is very quiet and perceptive, and hard to sway once she has settled on doing what she feels is right.

Fitz Vacker

Fitz Vacker is Sophie's crush, one of the main protagonists, and the person who had first found her and introduced her to the elvin world. He is said to be handsome, with dimples and teal eyes. His family is prestigious and holds a high reputation due to Fitz's many-greats grandfather being one of the original Councilors.

Biana Vacker

Biana is one of Sophie's friends who has journeyed with her. She is Fitz's younger sister, and has the ability of a Vanisher— able to bend light so they could vanish in and out. She is very fashionable and said to be beautiful— with her thick brown hair always tied into a fancy hairstyle. Though she isn't as close to Sophie as Fitz or Dex, she is still there for her friend if or if not needed.

Keefe Sencen

Keefe is another one of the protagonists. He has messy blonde hair, which is always messed up and styled— he is noted as a handsome troublemaker, always causing mischief whenever possible. However, sometimes his seemingly large ego may only be hiding his insecurities inside, whether it's about his family or himself.

Settings

Foxfire

Foxfire is a prestigious elvin school, made to train young elves how to use and enhance their powers. It is described as massive, and each class is held in giant pyramid-like structures that are decorated correspondingly to the subject being taught.

The Wanderling Woods

The Wanderling Woods is the elvin version of a graveyard. Since elves live for eternity and rarely ever die, there is only a little more than a hundred "graves" in this forest. When an elf dies, their hair is wrapped around a seed. This seed is then planted, and when it grows, it contains some characteristics of the dead person.

When a seed is planted, it resembles the events of a funeral. People come to watch the seed be planted. The woods are filled with trees— each one having their own colors and structures that resemble the deceased person. Sophie and Dex's tree (planted when people thought they was dead) also live in these woods.

Mount Everest

In Green Boots cave in the mountaintops lies the Neverseen hideout, where the Black Swan attempted to ambush and capture them. It is purposely located extremely high, made so no one could easily climb or teleport to it.
