Terms & Conditions

To confirm the event, a 40% advance payment must be made, and the remaining balance must be cleared on the day of the event. Digital copies will be delivered via the client’s Google Drive or Pen Drive. Kothachitro reserves the right to publish or not publish photos/videos on social media. However, if you do not want your content uploaded, you must inform us at the time of booking. (Raw images) and delivery date will only be provided after full payment is completed. Generally, edited photos and videos take up to 30 working days to deliver. No outstanding payment will be allowed until the delivery date. We keep your files stored safely. However, clients must collect raw photos and videos after the event. In case of accidental data loss, we will not be held responsible. For events outside Joypurhat, clients must bear transportation, accommodation, and food expenses. Free rescheduling is possible (based on our availability). In case of cancellation, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Event shift time will be counted continuously, and extra charges will apply for additional hours. Your preferred songs and instructions must be submitted within 7 days of the event. Otherwise, videos will be edited with songs selected by us. If you wish to change the song afterward, additional charges will apply. If your package includes free outdoor / pre-wedding / post-wedding sessions, they must be availed within 2 months of the event. Otherwise, the free facility will no longer be available.
