I am a senior researcher at Huawei Zurich Research Center. I have quite a diverse area of interest which includes:
Efficient inference in large language models (LLM) - at Huawei Zurich Research Center
Computer Architecture (Machine-Learning-based Predictors) - with Huawei Zurich Research Center
Deep Learning (efficient inference in large language models, time-series, recommender systems)
Logic design (RTL, FPGA design) - Developed teaching labs at Tel Aviv University, RTL design in Huawei
Computer Vision (Weakly Supervised Instance Segmentation)
Smart Power Grids - Collaboration with the Columba University, NREL, and Siemens
Machine Learning in Analytical Chemistry
2021 - now - Intern → Postdoc → Senior Researcher. Computing Systems Lab, Huawei Zurich Research Center, Switzerland,
2016 - 2022 - Ph.D. "Efficient Deep Learning Models", Tel Aviv University, Israel. Advisor: Prof. Guy Even.
2014 - 2016 - M.Sc. "Branch Prediction in Embedded Digital Signal Processors", Tel Aviv University, Israel. Advisor: Prof. Shlomo Weiss.
2010 - 2014 - B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Tel Aviv University, Israel.
I worked as a software developer in the computer architecture simulation team at Freescale Semiconductor. Toward the end of my PhD, I interned in research groups at Amazon Alexa Shopping and Huawei Zurich Research Center.
My hobbies are swimming, cross-country skiing, drawing, table football, hiking, and Judo (black belt)
