What Step Israeli Diplomat Should Take for Better Cultural Relations Between India and Israel
Three months back or so Israel's Défense Minister Benny Gantz planned travel to India to sign a special security proclamation' commemorating the nations' 30 years of diplomatic relations. In March, Israel's Prime Minister Naftali Bennett was supposed to visit India, but his trip was canceled after he tested positive for Covid. Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett will visit India at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's invitation.
As we all know, January 30, 2022, marks the 30th anniversary of establishing relations between Israel and India. The diplomatic relations between the countries have evolved. Don't you think that we should also work on the betterment of cultural relations between Israel and India? But how?
We all knew that Judaism is very old practice. There are many rules and regulations that people consider before eating. Judaism is meant to be distinct from all the other religions in the world. But there is something we need to highlight, and we have to study or research!
The first and foremost thing, "As Judaism culture, they are allowed to eat any animal with a split hoof completely divided, which chews the cud". But why? What may be scientific reason for this. Let's take an example!
A camel is not a Kosher Animal because it chews the cud and does not have a split hoof. But at same time Indian Desi Cow or say cow of Indian Origin are kosher as its meet criteria of Chew cud and divided hoof”. At same time we believe the Indian Desi Cow who has a "Hump" and are not the best and safe to eat. At large our religion backing forbids to eat cow meat.
Jewish and Indians have not only current but also had very good relations in the past. Both have a long history of more than 5000 years. So for the betterment of cultural relations, we should think about this. According to Jewish law, an Indian cow is legitimate to eat because it has a split hoof and chews the cud. But as per Hindu Mythology/Ved’s, the cow with a hump is known as the divine cow, and her meat is forbidden to eat in Indian society particular in Hindus.
To add further to it are also some plus points as per health view. It is scientifically proven that A2 milk is healthier than regular A1 milk.
· A2 milk is given by the cow that has a hump.
· A1 milk is given by the cow that doesn't have a hump.
So, we should save the Indian cow with a Hump for a healthier life. We all need that present Rabbi should consider this and start research on it. It will strengthen the development of cultural relations between India and Israel!
