Description:
Preside over and deliver sermons at regular worship services.
Oversee baptisms, communions, weddings, and funerals.
Supervise pastoral staff across various ministries.
Conduct Bible classes and train small group.
Offer pastoral care and counseling to the congregation.
Mentor ministry leaders and lay volunteers, fostering their spiritual growth.
40 hrs/week.
Make visitations from time to time within the Franklin County and same BLS area.
M.Div. in theology and Ordination req’d.
