If there is no name or identifying information on the checked baggage, the appropriate item must be sent to the Korean Air "Lost Baggage" counter and must be picked up there.
Korean Air's baggage policy only applies to flights operated by Korean Air in the case of passengers sharing the same itinerary with codeshare agreement and inter-passenger agreement flights.
According to Korean Air's flight change policy, upon request for a change, the baggage allowance will be applied to the new route and change depending on the route and class of service selected.
According to Korean Air's cancellation policy, in the event of flight cancellation, Korean Air baggage refund will be applied to selected fare only.
Hand Baggage – According to Korean Air's baggage policy, passengers are allowed to bring one hand bag with dimensions less than 115 cm or 45 linear inches, including handles, bags and wheels. In terms of weight, the carry-on baggage required by Korean Air cannot exceed 12 kg or 25 pounds.
For premium segments such as business class or first class passengers, Korean Air's hand baggage policy allows two pieces of hand baggage with dimensions that must be less than 115 cm or 45 linear inches and weight weight should not exceed 18 kg or 40 lbs.
Checked Baggage – According to Korean Air's free checked baggage policy, all checked baggage must meet the weight limit of 23 kg or 50 pounds for economy class and 32 kg or 70 pounds for business class. Checked baggage dimensions must be less than 62 linear inches or 158 cm including handles, bags and wheels.
