Group Project

I've worked on many game projects with my friends, taking on roles of lead game designer, system designer, and UI designer. In some of them, I've jumped in as an artist. Thanks to the DDCT program, I've also had the chance to dive into UX/UI research.
I'm excited to share these projects and show off the range of skills I've picked up along the way.

Heart Catching started as a user experience project in the DDCT program, which I worked on with my friend in 2022. We continued to develop it further, and it became one of the finalists in the DEPA Accelerator Program Batch 3.
Heart Catching is still my favorite project to this day—my pride and joy! Working on it from the ground up and seeing it become one of the finalists was an incredible experience.
From conducting user preference surveys to designing UI wireframes, illustrating and modeling assets, and prototyping in Figma, this project taught me so much and truly sparked my passion for UX/UI design.
Let me walk you through the process of creating Heart Catching!
Using the survey data, we created personas to represent our target audience segments.
I was responsible for developing these personas. Here’s one of the personas I created based on our research.
And now for the fun part—branding and prototype development! This is where we started to bring Heart Catching to life.
We created the mood board and branding together. I was responsible for selecting the color palette, typography, and illustrating some icons.
Once the branding was finalized, I drafted the low-fidelity prototype to start shaping the user interface. From there, our team built a mid-fidelity prototype in Figma, which you can check out below!
We continued developing Heart Catching until the end of the semester.
I had a blast creating art for the game, including the main character, three dating candidates with their animal forms, cutscene art for Bonzai, item assets, button graphics, and shop icons. I also worked in Figma creating the prototype.
With everything complete, here’s our final presentation from back then and some of my art assets.
But that’s not the end! We continued to develop Heart Catching to add more content, including
3 new dating candidates!
These characters were inspired by popular features preferred by our survey respondents.
More minigames!
I was in charge of designing the UI, modeling the background, painting additional assets, creating graphics, and prototyping them in Figma.
With the updated version, we made it to the top 10 finalists in the
It was a fantastic learning experience as a UI designer in training and an amateur artist.
I'm truly proud of Heart Catching's achievements!
Isaan on Tour was such a fun and refreshing experience. Coming up with a concept that fit the theme of showcasing and promoting Thai culture within just 7 days was tough—it pushed my team to our limits.
On top of that, I had another 7 days to complete all the artwork needed to bring our idea to life. It was both physically and creatively challenging, but we pulled through and made it happen!

Sword n' Sauté is an action platformer where players take on the role of a chef knight. Exploring an enchanted forest with the goal to slay the tomato dragon.
This was my first rodeo as a lead designer.
Working on Sword n' Sauté was a real challenge for me. It was my first time stepping into a leading role, and in a full group setting, no less—collaborating with programmers, artists, and other team members.
The project started with me and a friend, both designers, brainstorming ideas for the group. From there, we kicked off production and pitched our project. To top it all off, we even won an award for it!

Chrono Escape a point-and-click escape room puzzle game set in a museum, where time manipulation is not out of reach.
And was my first time working in a group setting!
Chrono Escape was a tough first project, but it helped me figure out what I really want to focus on in a project—UI design.
It was also pretty exciting to see it gain popularity among Thai VTubers for a while!

Tournuki is a simple strategy game that anyone can pick up and play. Our core design focuses on high replayability, where every move the player makes directly impacts the level and enemy behavior, player choices shape the environment and responses, creating a fresh experience every time.

User research: Chopsticks was a project I worked on during my sophomore user research class. It was a great practice run for me to learn and get hands-on experience with the user research process.
The research was conducted for my senior's game, Chopsticks, which you can check out and try here!
