This Privacy Policy explains how user information is collected, processed, stored, and protected during the use of the services offered through the Kopuk mobile application. By using the application, you are deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy.

1. Collected Information

1.1 Data Provided by the User

Users may voluntarily share the following content within the application:

• Username

• Profile information and profile picture

• Task content

• Story / sentence / text content

• Comments

• Group content

• Feedback messages The responsibility for all content created by users belongs to the respective user.

1.2 Automatically Collected Data

The application may automatically collect the following technical data:

• Device model and operating system information

• Application version

• Crash logs

• Performance data

• Advertising ID (Ad ID)

• Language information

• Approximate location information

• IP address This data is used to ensure the security of the application, improve performance, and prevent abuse.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

The collected data may be used for the following purposes:

• Account creation and management

• Enhancing user experience

• Operating task and community systems

• Enabling content sharing

• Ensuring security and preventing abuse

• Resolving technical issues

• Sending notifications

• Analytics and performance measurement

• Ad serving

• Service development

3. User Content and Responsibility

Users can share content within the application (text, photos, comments, etc.). The user agrees not to share the following content:

• Insults, profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory expressions

• Content containing violence or threats

• Illegal or spam content

• Personal data belonging to someone else

• Content that violates copyright

• Obscene or inappropriate content The application developer reserves the right to remove content that violates community guidelines, limit user access, or close accounts. All liabilities arising from user-shared content belong to the user.

4. Content Moderation

The application may moderate content through automated systems, user reports, or manual review. Inappropriate content may be blocked, hidden, or deleted. The application developer is not obligated to continuously monitor all content.

5. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The application may use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob – Ad serving

• Firebase Authentication – User authentication

• Firebase Firestore – Database

• Firebase Storage – File storage

• Firebase Analytics – Usage analysis

• Firebase Crashlytics – Crash tracking These services may process data through their own systems.

6.Children's Privacy and Child Safety Standards (CSAE/CSAM) 

The Application is not designed for users under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 should not use the application without parental consent. If detected, the relevant data will be deleted.

Child Abuse Prevention Policy: Kopuk strictly prohibits and maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). No content that threatens child safety is allowed on our platform. Based on in-app reporting buttons or user notifications, any such inappropriate content will be immediately and permanently removed upon review by the administration (admin), and the violating user account will be banned. Furthermore, in accordance with all applicable laws, any incidents violating child safety will be immediately reported to regional and national law enforcement authorities.

7. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary. Data may be deleted in the following cases:

• Account deletion

• User's request for deletion

• Expiration of legal obligations

• Termination of the service Some data may be retained for longer periods due to legal or security requirements.

• Anonymization of Shared Content: When an account is deleted, all personally identifiable information (such as email, username, and user ID) is permanently erased. However, to maintain the integrity of the collaborative storytelling experience, text-based stories, sentences, or prompts shared by the user will be completely anonymized (all links to the user's identity will be permanently removed) and may remain within the application.

8. Account Deletion and Data Requests

Users have the following rights:

• Account and Data Deletion: Users can instantly and permanently delete their accounts and all associated data (email, user ID, and shared content) from within the application by navigating to Profil > Delete My Account.

• Alternative Deletion Request: Users who cannot access the application can request the deletion of their accounts by sending an email containing their deletion request to kopukmobile@gmail.com. Requests received via email will be processed within 7 business days at the latest, and all relevant data will be permanently removed from the database.

• The rights to request deletion of personal data, request access to data, and request correction of incorrect information are reserved.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to protect user data. However, data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. The user is responsible for their own account security.

10. Intellectual Property

The user accepts that they hold the necessary rights to the content they share. The user permits the processing of their content for display within the application and the provision of the service.

11. Community Guidelines

Users agree to comply with the following rules:

• Being respectful to other users

• Not engaging in harassment or bullying

• Not sharing spam

• Not spreading misleading information

• Not engaging in illegal activities

• Not using someone else's account Accounts that violate the rules may be closed.

12. International Data Transfer

Data may be processed and stored on servers located in different countries. The user accepts this.

13. Limitation of Liability

The application developer cannot be held liable for damages arising from situations such as user content, user interactions, third-party services, data loss, and unauthorized access.

14. Service Changes

Application features may be changed or terminated at any time.

15. Privacy Policy Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates may be notified through the application.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Kopuk mobil uygulaması üzerinden sunulan hizmetlerin kullanımı sırasında kullanıcı bilgilerinin nasıl toplandığını, işlendiğini, saklandığını ve korunduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

1.1 Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan Veriler

Kullanıcılar uygulama içerisinde gönüllü olarak aşağıdaki içerikleri paylaşabilir:

• Kullanıcı adı

• Profil bilgileri ve profil fotoğrafı

• Görev içerikleri

• Hikâye / cümle / metin içerikleri

• Yorumlar

• Grup içerikleri

• Geri bildirim mesajları Kullanıcılar tarafından oluşturulan tüm içeriklerin sorumluluğu ilgili kullanıcıya aittir.

1.2 Otomatik Toplanan Veriler

Uygulama aşağıdaki teknik verileri otomatik olarak toplayabilir:

• Cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi bilgisi

• Uygulama sürümü

• Çökme kayıtları (Crash Logs)

• Performans verileri

• Reklam kimliği

• Dil bilgisi

• Yaklaşık konum bilgisi

• IP adresi Bu veriler uygulamanın güvenliğini sağlamak, performansını artırmak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek amacıyla kullanılır.

3. Kullanıcı İçerikleri ve Sorumluluk

Kullanıcılar uygulama içerisinde içerik paylaşabilir (metin, fotoğraf, yorum vb.). Kullanıcı aşağıdaki içerikleri paylaşmamayı kabul eder:

• Hakaret, küfür, nefret söylemi veya ayrımcı ifadeler

• Şiddet veya tehdit içeren içerikler

• Yasadışı veya spam içerikler

• Başkasına ait kişisel veriler

• Telif hakkını ihlal eden içerikler

• Müstehcen veya uygunsuz içerikler Uygulama geliştiricisi, topluluk kurallarını ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırma, kullanıcı erişimini sınırlandırma veya hesapları kapatma hakkını saklı tutar. Kullanıcıların paylaştığı içeriklerden doğabilecek tüm sorumluluk kullanıcıya aittir.

4. İçerik Moderasyonu

Uygulama; otomatik sistemler, kullanıcı şikayetleri veya manuel inceleme yoluyla içerikleri denetleyebilir. Uygunsuz içerikler engellenebilir, gizlenebilir veya silinebilir. Uygulama geliştiricisi tüm içerikleri sürekli izlemekle yükümlü değildir.

5. Reklamlar ve Üçüncü Taraf Servisler

Uygulama aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf servisleri kullanabilir:

• Google AdMob – Reklam gösterimi

6. Çocukların Gizliliği ve Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları (CSAE/CSAM) 

Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır. 13 yaş altı kullanıcıların ebeveyn izni olmadan uygulamayı kullanmaması gerekir. Tespit edilmesi halinde ilgili veriler silinir.

Çocuk İstismarını Önleme Politikası: Kopuk, çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE/CSAM - Child Sexual Abuse Material / Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) karşı sıfır tolerans politikası izler. Platformumuzda çocuk güvenliğini tehdit edecek hiçbir içeriğe kesinlikle izin verilmez. Uygulama içerisindeki şikayet butonları veya kullanıcı bildirimleri doğrultusunda, yönetim (admin) tarafından yapılan incelemeler neticesinde bu tür uygunsuz içerikler derhal ve kalıcı olarak kaldırılır, ihlali gerçekleştiren kullanıcı hesabı engellenir. Ayrıca, yürürlükteki tüm yasalara uygun olarak, çocuk güvenliğini ihlal eden durumlar bölgesel ve ulusal yetkililere adli makamlarca rapor edilir.

7. Veri Saklama Süresi

Kişisel veriler yalnızca gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanır. Veriler aşağıdaki durumlarda silinebilir:

• Hesabın silinmesi

• Kullanıcının silme talebi

• Yasal zorunlulukların sona ermesi

• Hizmetin sonlandırılması Bazı veriler yasal veya güvenlik gereklilikleri nedeniyle daha uzun süre saklanabilir.

• Paylaşılan İçeriklerin Anonimleştirilmesi: Bir hesap silinde, kişiyi tanımlayabilecek tüm bilgiler (e-posta, kullanıcı adı ve kullanıcı kimliği) kalıcı olarak yok edilir. Ancak, uygulamadaki ortak hikaye anlatımı deneyiminin bütünlüğünü korumak amacıyla, kullanıcının paylaştığı metin tabanlı cümleler, hikayeler veya içerikler, kullanıcı kimliğiyle olan tüm bağları kalıcı olarak koparılarak tamamen anonim hale getirilir ve uygulama içinde kalmaya devam edebilir.

8. Hesap Silme ve Veri Talepleri

Kullanıcılar aşağıdaki haklara sahiptir:

• Hesap ve Veri Silme: Kullanıcılar hesaplarını ve hesaplarıyla ilişkili tüm verileri (e-posta, kullanıcı kimliği ve paylaşılan içerikler) uygulamanın içindeki Profil> Hesabımı Sil bölümünden anında ve kalıcı olarak silebilirler.

• Alternatif Silme Talebi: Uygulamaya erişimi olmayan kullanıcılar, kopukmobile@gmail.com adresine hesap silme talebi içeren bir e-posta göndererek de hesaplarının silinmesini isteyebilirler. E-posta ile gelen talepler en geç 7 iş günü içerisinde işleme alınır ve ilgili tüm veriler veritabanından kalıcı olarak temizlenir.

• Kişisel verilerin silinmesini isteme, verilere erişim talep etme ve hatalı bilgilerin düzeltilmesini isteme hakları saklıdır.

9. Güvenlik

Kullanıcı verilerini korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler uygulanır. Ancak internet üzerinden veri aktarımının tamamen güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez. Kullanıcı kendi hesap güvenliğinden sorumludur.

10. Fikri Mülkiyet

Kullanıcı, paylaştığı içeriklerin gerekli haklarına sahip olduğunu kabul eder. Kullanıcı içeriklerinin uygulama içinde gösterilmesi ve hizmetin sağlanması amacıyla işlenmesine izin verir.

11. Topluluk Kuralları

Kullanıcılar aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul eder:

• Diğer kullanıcılara saygılı olmak

• Taciz ve zorbalık yapmamak

• Spam paylaşmamak

• Yanıltıcı bilgi yaymamak

• Yasa dışı faaliyetlerde bulunmamak

• Başkasının hesabını kullanmamak Kuralları ihlal eden hesaplar kapatılabilir.

12. Uluslararası Veri Aktarımı

Veriler farklı ülkelerdeki sunucularda işlenebilir ve saklanabilir. Kullanıcı bunu kabul eder.

13. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Uygulama geliştiricisi; kullanıcı içerikleri, kullanıcılar arası etkileşimler, üçüncü taraf servisler, veri kayıpları ve yetkisiz erişimler gibi durumlardan doğabilecek zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

14. Hizmet Değişiklikleri

Uygulama özellikleri herhangi bir zamanda değiştirilebilir veya sonlandırılabilir.

15. Gizlilik Politikası Değişiklikleri

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler uygulama üzerinden bildirilebilir.
