I am a senior lecturer/associate professor in Real Estate Economics and head of division of Real Estate Science at Lund University. I am also a doctoral student in Economic History at the same university.

I teach urban economics and other topics related to urban evolution and development.

My primary research interests concern housing markets, with a particular interest in rental markets. In 2019 I published my first book, providing an historical perspective on Swedish rent regulations and their current consequences.
