Welcome to Energy & Semiconductor Composites Laboratory!
Welcome to Energy & Semiconductor Composites Laboratory!
Our main research focus is to develop advanced composites and apply them to a wide variety of applications, especially for energy generation/storage deivces and semicondutor packaging materials.
We conduct research on various functional fillers--such as liquid metals, carbon nanomaterials, metal/organic/inorganic particles, and polyelectrolytes--in carbon or silicone polymer matrices.
To improve the performance of composite materials, we perform in-depth study on electrochemistry, interfacial engineering, and heat and mass transfer.
