Postdoctoral Fellow AI & 3D Vision Researcher UC San Diego
I am an 'Eric and Wendy Schmidt AI in Science' Postdoctoral Fellow at University of California San Diego, working with Prof. Tara Javidi. I obtained my Ph.D. degree at the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of University of Minnesota, under the supervision of Prof. Georgios B. Giannakis. Before that, I obtained my diploma at the Electrical and Computer Engineering department of University of Patras, Greece in Sep. 2018.
My research interests span the areas of 3D Scene Reconstruction and Rendering, Novel view Synthesis, AI World Models, Foundation Models, Active Vision, Multimodal AI, Black-box Optimization, Adaptive Learning, and (Bayesian) Agentic AI.
