Paper Submission

All abstracts , full articles and payment registration evidences are via Google Form.

Thank you for participating in the KONSEP 2026 Conference. To ensure a smooth and professional presentation process, all presenters are kindly requested to comply with the following guidelines.

1. Presentation Requirements

• All presenters must attend the scheduled online presentation session and be available for the live Question and Answer (Q&A) session.

• Presenters who fail to attend their assigned presentation session will be considered absent and will not be entitled to receive a Presentation Certificate.

• The presentation should be 15–20 minutes in duration, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

• All presenters are required to use the official KONSEP 2026 presentation backdrop provided by the Organising Committee.

2. Video Submission

• Submission Deadline: 31 August 2026

• No extension of the submission deadline will be granted.

• Upload your presentation video to YouTube.

• Submit the YouTube video link via the following Google Form.

3. Presentation Certificate

• Presentation certificates will be issued only to the registered presenter(s).

• If more than one registered presenter appears in the same presentation video, a single certificate listing the names of all presenters will be issued.

Best Presenter Award Eligibility

To be considered for the Best Presenter Award, presenters must:

• Be a registered participant of KONSEP 2026.

• Comply with the allocated presentation time.

• Attend both the presentation session and the live Q&A session.

Evaluation Criteria

The Best Presenter Award will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Quality and professionalism of presentation slides and visual materials.

• Clarity, confidence, and effectiveness of presentation delivery.

• Appropriate use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a supporting tool.

• Originality of the presentation and freedom from plagiarism.

• Demonstration of creativity, critical thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of the research presented.

• Performance during the live Q&A session.

• The presenter's face must be clearly visible throughout the presentation.

• The decision of the Evaluation Panel shall be final and binding.
