If you want a reliable, mono-focused bulk solution for large groups where organization and durability are the only priorities, choose Konohan 30; if you need a vibrant, adjustable on-ear experience with a wider color palette for diverse users in a classroom or shared setting, choose WAHUWAY 60.
• Konohan 30: The biggest strength is its rugged, all-black design built for heavy-duty reuse in high-traffic environments like computer labs; the trade-off is a fixed, non-adjustable fit that may not suit everyone comfortably. This pick is for institutions needing simple, no-fuss audio for 30 students at once.
• WAHUWAY 60: The standout feature is the multi-color variety and adjustable headband that adapts to different head sizes; the trade-off is a slightly more complex setup due to the larger 60-unit quantity and varied packaging. This pick is for schools or programs serving kids of various ages who need a comfortable, long-wearing headset.
The Konohan 30 pack is designed with a singular, no-nonsense purpose: providing durable audio for large groups without the hassle of individual customization. When you open this box, you get thirty identical black headphones, each constructed from sturdy plastic meant to withstand repeated handling. The design prioritizes function over form, featuring an over-ear shape that wraps around the ear rather than resting directly on it. This specific ear placement, combined with a dynamic driver frequency range of 20Hz to 20,000Hz, ensures clear stereo sound that isolates noise effectively through physical design rather than active electronics.
For anyone managing a computer lab, a library, or a testing center, the Konohan 30 offers a level of simplicity that is hard to beat. The cable length of 4.5 feet provides enough reach for standard desk setups, and the wired connectivity via a 3.5mm jack means there are no batteries to charge or Bluetooth pairing issues to troubleshoot. Because every unit is identical and packaged together, inventory management becomes straightforward. You aren't dealing with mismatched colors or confusing size adjustments; you simply hand out the black headsets and let the work begin.

However, this product is not for those seeking comfort adjustments or aesthetic variety. The construction relies on a fixed structure, meaning the fit cannot be expanded or contracted significantly beyond the initial design parameters. If your group includes children with smaller heads or adults with larger frames, the lack of an adjustable headband might lead to discomfort during extended use. Furthermore, the monochromatic black color scheme, while professional, does nothing to help users distinguish their own pair from others in a crowded room. It is best suited for scenarios where speed of distribution and sheer durability matter more than personal comfort or visual differentiation.
In contrast, the WAHUWAY 60 pack brings a different energy to the table, specifically tailored for environments where user diversity and comfort are paramount. With sixty units included, this set is ideal for larger classrooms, camps, or events where volume is key. What immediately sets these apart is the multi-color assortment. Instead of a sea of identical black devices, you receive a mix of five distinct colors, making it incredibly easy for students to grab their own pair without confusion. This visual distinction reduces the time spent organizing equipment and minimizes the "who stole my headphones" problem that plagues many bulk purchases.
The physical design of the WAHUWAY 60 leans heavily into adaptability. These are on-ear headphones, which sit directly on the outer ear rather than enclosing it completely. While some audiophiles prefer the isolation of over-ear designs, the on-ear style here is paired with a flexible, adjustable headband. This allows the device to bend and stretch to accommodate different head sizes, from young children to teenagers and even adults. The materials are described as tough yet lightweight, using flexible plastic that can endure significant bending angles without breaking. This makes them particularly well-suited for active settings like gyms, museums, or travel, where gear might be tossed in bags or handled roughly.
Audio performance remains solid across the board, utilizing dynamic drivers with a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, matching the capabilities of the Konohan. They connect via a standard 3.5mm jack and come with a four-foot cord, ensuring compatibility with almost any modern device, including Chromebooks, tablets, and laptops. However, buyers should note the impedance of 140 ohms, which suggests they are optimized for lower-power sources common in educational technology. There is no active noise control listed, relying instead on the physical seal of the ear cups. This model is perfect for teachers or event coordinators who need a "set it and forget it" solution that accommodates a wide demographic without requiring multiple size variations.
• Best for bulk efficiency and inventory simplicity → Konohan 30: If you need exactly thirty units that are identical and easy to count, the uniform black design saves mental energy.
• Best for user identification and theft prevention → WAHUWAY 60: The five-color mix allows individuals to instantly recognize their own headphones, reducing loss in busy environments.
• Best for comfort across age groups → WAHUWAY 60: The adjustable headband and on-ear design make it easier to fit younger children and adults alike compared to the fixed Konohan.
• Best for noise isolation in quiet zones → Konohan 30: The over-ear shape generally provides better passive noise isolation, which is beneficial for libraries or testing rooms.
• Best for durability against rough handling → Both: Both utilize tough plastic, but the flexible nature of the WAHUWAY headband adds a layer of resilience against bending forces.
• Best for portability and lightness → WAHUWAY 60: The on-ear design typically feels lighter on the head for long periods, whereas over-ear models can feel heavier over time.
• Best for plug-and-play reliability → Both: Neither requires charging or pairing; both use standard 3.5mm connections for immediate use with any device.
• Best value for larger groups → WAHUWAY 60: Getting sixty units in one box often spreads the cost per unit lower, making it the logical choice for large-scale deployments.
After analyzing the specifications and intended use cases for both products, I would personally choose the WAHUWAY 60 for most general commuting and classroom scenarios. The ability to adjust the headband and the visual benefit of having multiple colors creates a much more user-friendly experience, especially when dealing with children or mixed-age groups. While the Konohan 30 is a robust tool for specific, high-volume, low-comfort requirements, the flexibility of the WAHUWAY makes it a superior choice for everyday use where comfort and organization matter. For commuters looking for ear clip headphones for commuting or best true wireless earbuds for commuting alternatives, these wired options provide a reliable, battery-free backup that never fails. In my opinion, the WAHUWAY 60 wins because it solves the human element of equipment management—fit and identity—without sacrificing audio quality.
Both models rely on passive sound isolation since they lack active noise cancellation. The Konohan 30's over-ear design may block more ambient noise physically, while the WAHUWAY 60's on-ear design offers less isolation but better airflow.
No, both feature standard 3.5mm jacks that are universally compatible with desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones that still have headphone ports. Devices without a 3.5mm jack will require a separate USB-C or Lightning-to-3.5mm adapter.
Both are constructed from durable plastic designed for repeated use. The WAHUWAY 60 includes an adjustable headband that can flex, potentially offering better longevity for growing children, whereas the Konohan 30 relies on a rigid frame that resists bending but offers no size adjustment.
The Konohan 30 uses an over-ear design that surrounds the ear, while the WAHUWAY 60 uses an on-ear design that rests on top of the ear. Over-ear styles typically offer more isolation, while on-ear styles are generally lighter and less claustrophobic.
