I am a Wall Street professional with 20+ years of experience in sales and trading of bonds and other investment products. Responsible for the Bond Sales department of a small Investment Bank. Finance professional with 25 years of experience in Banking, with a specific focus on Investment Analysis as well as Sales & Trading of fixed income securities.

Archana Athalye

Archana has a Masters in communication and over 27 years of experience in event management, artist and repertoire management & studio management.

She worked in the music industry in India for 8 years and was a part of the team that launched EMI-Virgin in India. She also worked as a production manager on several international films that were shot in India before moving to USA.

After moving to the US, she worked for a few years in advertising and media buying before starting Kulture kool in 2009.

Kulture kool is a performing arts Studio in New Jersey teaching classical & popular dance, music, drama , languages and enrichment to adults and children. Kulture kool has 4 locations in north jersey with over 500 students.

Archana also does national tour management for world music groups and is active in promoting diversity & cultural understanding through educational Workshops and assemblies schools, local museums, libraries and events in the tri-state area in USA.



Anuja Singh

Anuja runs the Solutions Architecture team supporting US East - State and Local Govt business for Amazon Web Services (AWS). Along with her team, she focuses on helping customers drive innovation and productivity by leveraging the cloud to transform their business and service their constituents. Anuja has over 20 years of experience from having worked in start-ups as well as Fortune 100 companies. Anuja is passionate about Inclusion & Diversity and mentoring Early in Career Talent. Anuja has presented at several Industry conferences (Cisco Live, Philadelphia Women’s Conference) on technical and leadership topics. She was awarded the 2013 Women’s Unlimited ‘Most likely to be recognized as one of the outstanding leaders to watch’ award. She holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering and Colorado State University respectively.

Anuja lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children. She is a breast cancer survivor and has shared her journey through her blog (http://theanujaksingh.wordpress.com/) to help others as they face their own varied struggles.

Neli Vazquez

Her background includes working for ​​Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, and in higher education. She is a daily meditator, people, culture and community enthusiast, and is passionate about facilitating growth to build inclusive communities that thrive. Neli received her BA in African-American Studies from Bowdoin College.

Sumita Singh

Sumita Singh is a global business executive with P&L and commercial leadership experience in B2B and B2C organizations across media, information, data and technology sectors. Currently Sumita is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Health vertical at US News & World Report and is responsible for advancing the company’s mission of delivering actionable and trusted decision support tools and information to help consumers make important healthcare decisions.


Previously, Sumita was Managing Director of Elsevier’s global Reference Solutions business where she lead the growth of Elsevier’s digital products in research intensive markets such as Life Sciences and Academia. Sumita has held similar commercial leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, WebMD Health and New York Media.


Sumita has a Bachelor's Degree in English literature from the University of Delhi, a Master's in Mass Communications from The University of Florida and a Master's of Business in Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She lives in New Jersey with her family.


Himika Shergill

Himika got her BSL and LLB from the ILS Law College in Pune, India in 2001. She then moved to the United States and studied law at the Indiana University School of Law where she got her JD. While in Law school, she worked as a certified intern at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in their Domestic Violence Division. She is a member of the Illinois Bar since 2005. She worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago in the Appeals Division from 2005-2007. She then moved to India for three years and worked at a legal process outsourcing company servicing clients in the U.S.

In the recent past, Himika has served on the board of two not for profit organizations. The first, College Women’s Association of Japan (CWAJ) funds higher education for Japanese women abroad and foreign women in Japan. The second, Avalon (previously called Wayne County Safe) is a Detroit based organization providing advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and trafficking. At both organizations, Himika helped raise funds and was involved in the day to day operations on a ground level.

Himika currently lives in Chicago and is a stay at home mom to her two daughters, 5 and 15.

Natasha Israni

A New York-based multimedia journalist, Natasha Israni has written, produced, and reported on camera for leading news outlets in New York and Mumbai, including Reuters Video News, Associated Press Television, Times Now, India Today, The Times of India and The American Bazaar. She recently completed her first work of fiction, “Monsoon Gods”, a novel set in 1990’s India. She holds a Master’s in English Literature from Mumbai University and a Master’s in Broadcast Journalism from New York University on a Ford Foundation scholarship.

Neha Bhide

Bachelors in chemical engineering, masters in Food Science. Started working in R&D as a product developer and has worked for renowned companies such as ConAgra foods and Coca Cola. Currently working for a global fruit processing company as a Key account manager

Shubha Mehrotra

I am an corporate in-house attorney for a software company with a focus in intellectual property and data privacy. I hold a masters in Banking, Corporate and Finance laws from Fordham University, a LL.B (JD equivalent) and a Bachelors in Legal Studies from Mumbai, India. I’m licensed to practice in New York and India. I also have an in-house attorney license in New Jersey.

At work, I draft, negotiate and structure corporate deals to reach win-win scenarios while mitigating risks. Most of all, I am a problem solver and I love to learn new things, or as Nelson Mandela once said, “I never lose, I either win or learn!” 😉

Janai Smith

Janai Smith is the Senior Manager of Youth Programs at Multiplying Good, where she oversees Students In Action for the New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts communities. Before joining MG, she served as the Youth Outreach Manager at ECPAT-USA where she ran their Youth Against Child Trafficking program. While there, Janai educated, empowered, and mobilized young people around the issue of child sexual exploitation. Previously, she worked with non-profits such as Global Kids, South Asian Youth Action, and the Advocacy Lab, teaching youth about various human rights issues and how they can effect social change. Janai received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Vermont, her M.S. in Global Affairs from New York University, and is an alumna of AmeriCorps.
