You can permanently delete your Komety account and associated cloud data directly in the app.
Sign in to your Komety account.
Open Settings.
Open Komety+.
Select Delete Account.
Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
This deletes your account profile, authentication identity, entitlement record, and committees you host. Memberships in committees hosted by someone else are disconnected and anonymised as “Deleted member” so their historical ledger remains non-identifying.
Komety also clears its local app data and automatic recovery copies on that device. Exported backup files must be deleted separately from the place where you saved or shared them.
