I took the role of UX designer, responsible for building the business module, conceptualizing user journey and designed wireframes for the entire workflow.
Basic elementary research to understand how business flows for various types of individuals like consultants, trainers. We asked series of questions like-
How do you build trust to gain customers?
What's the process of getting a customer onboard?
How is the payment structure? Do you prefer everything to be paid in advance or after providing a service?
After primary research on various type of professionals actively earning in India and discussing with few among each domain, we made a chart to simplify how they function and coordinate with their clients.
Different types of services were further classified into types of services each could offer. Such that each activity would encourage other profession to start something new in their business
For example
Photographer who usually only provide services for day photoshoot, can find a possibility to start his own online workshop and earn more.
A final structure is prepared, where the user has to only fill up easy 5 step questions to setup his services for the app which will be seen on his website
For example
A photographer can list a service of offline mode to conduct photoshoots where individual client can contact the photographer first to book an appointment, select date and pick, pick a package and make the payments accordingly.
Onboarding is the process of integrating any new user into the design flow so that they can have the best interaction possible with your app.
Squarespace has managed to gather personalized information by asking series of question that would lead them to give customized suggestions at the end.

To understand how websites/ app onboards new users, a comparative analysis is done between websites from similar domain. The results are as follows:
Insights
A good onboarding experience should have a beginning, middle and end that’s easy to identify visually. This sense of understanding and accomplishment can help keep users engaging online
Beginning: The user should know where to start, hence an introduction to guide them.
Middle: action to take such as filling out a form or working through a step-by-step guide or tutorial
End: Finish off with a notification that the action is complete and the user is on their way to success
Next step was to determine the simple yet interactive user flow for our user base. Below is the conceptual flow for Intro app
