Welcome to Kolobus, a Gorilla Tag-inspired VR fan game developed by Magmira Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or playing Kolobus, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Game Usage

Kolobus is currently in development and may contain bugs or unfinished features. We provide this game “as-is” with no guarantees of availability, uptime, or functionality. We may update or remove features at any time.

2. Player Conduct

To keep the Kolobus community fun and safe for everyone, you agree to:

• Not use unauthorized mods or hacks
  
  

• Not harass, spam, or impersonate others
  
  

Breaking these rules may lead to account restrictions or bans.

3. Community Participation

If you join the Kolobus Discord or other community channels, you must follow the rules of those platforms and our own community guidelines.

We are not responsible for content shared by users in third-party services.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Collection

Kolobus uses PlayFab (a Microsoft-owned service) to manage game data such as:

• Crash reports and basic user stats

Requesting Data Deletion

5. Age Requirements

Kolobus is intended for users 13 years or older. If you're under 13, do not use this game or submit any data. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

All original content (including game assets, names, and art created by Magmira Studios) is the property of Magmira Studios. Gorilla Tag is a trademark of Another Axiom — Kolobus is a fan project not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms in the future. Significant changes will be posted on our website or in the game. Your continued use means you accept those updates.
