GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI

Veri Sorumlusu

KolayFiş, Aykut Kızıl tarafından işletilmektedir. İletişim: destek.fiscep@gmail.com. Kişisel verilerin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında aşağıda açıklandığı şekilde işlenmektedir.

Kısaca

• KolayFiş hesap oluşturmanı istemez.

• Fişlerin ve bilgilerin yalnızca senin cihazında saklanır.

• Reklam göstermez, seni takip etmez, üçüncü taraf analiz araçları kullanmaz.

Toplanan Veriler ve Saklama Şekli

• Fiş/makbuz fotoğrafları, tutar, tarih, kategori ve not bilgileri yalnızca cihazında saklanır; bizim sunucularımıza aktarılmaz.

• Muhasebeciye Gönder özelliğiyle oluşturduğun PDF dosyası, senin seçtiğin uygulama (WhatsApp, Mail vb.) üzerinden senin belirlediğin kişiye gider. Bu dosyaya biz erişmeyiz.

• Ayarlar menüsünden gönderdiğin öneri veya hata bildirimi, cihazındaki Mail uygulaması aracılığıyla bize e-posta olarak ulaşır. Mesajın ve (yazdıysan) e-posta adresin, geri bildirimi değerlendirmek amacıyla işlenir.

• Fiş ekleme ekranında karşına çıkabilecek kısa ankete ("Fişten tutar ve tarihi otomatik okumamızı ister misin?") verdiğin evet/hayır cevabı ve uygulama dilin, kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmeden Google E-Tablolar üzerinde tuttuğumuz bir tabloya iletilir. Başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz.

İşleme Amaçları

Uygulamanın çalışmasını sağlamak, geri bildirimleri değerlendirmek ve ürünü geliştirmek.

Hukuki Sebep

KVKK m.5/2 kapsamında veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati ve geri bildirim gönderirken açık rızan.

Saklama Süresi

Cihazındaki veriler sen silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazında kalır. Geri bildirimler, değerlendirme süreci tamamlanana kadar makul bir süre saklanır.

Haklarının Kullanımı (KVKK m.11)

Verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsin. Taleplerini destek.fiscep@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsin.

Vergi Tahmini Hakkında

Uygulamadaki "Tahmini Vergi Avantajı" kaba bir hesaplamadır ve vergi ya da muhasebe danışmanlığı değildir. Kesin rakam için muhasebecine danış.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellendiğinde bu sayfadaki tarih değişir.

KolayFiş is operated by Aykut Kızıl. Contact: destek.fiscep@gmail.com. This policy explains how your data is handled under applicable data protection law, including Turkey's KVKK.

In short

• KolayFiş does not ask you to create an account.

• Your receipts and information are stored only on your device.

• It shows no ads, does not track you, and uses no third-party analytics.

What We Collect and Where It Is Stored

• Receipt photos, amounts, dates, categories and notes are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our servers.

• The PDF you create with "Send to Accountant" goes through the app you choose (WhatsApp, Mail, etc.) to the person you choose. We never have access to it.

• Feedback you send from the Settings menu reaches us as an email through the Mail app on your device. Your message and, if you provide it, your email address are processed to review and respond to your feedback.

• The Add Receipt screen may show a short survey ("Would you like us to auto-read the amount and date from a receipt?"). Your yes/no answer and app language are sent, without any identifying information, to a Google Sheet we maintain. It is used for no other purpose.

Purpose of Processing

To operate the app, review feedback, and improve the product.

Legal Basis

The controller's legitimate interest and, when you send feedback, your explicit consent.

Retention

Data on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app. Feedback is kept for a reasonable period while it is reviewed.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. Send any request to destek.fiscep@gmail.com.

About the Tax Estimate

The "Estimated Tax Savings" in the app is a rough calculation and is not tax or accounting advice. Confirm the exact figure with your accountant.

Changes

When this policy is updated, the date at the top of this page changes.
