1. 泉佐野市公式観光SNS利用規約（#統一規約）
利用者が以下の行為を行った場合、投稿の削除やアカウントのブロック等の対応を行います。
1. 法令や条例、公序良俗に反する行為
2. 特定の個人または団体を誹謗中傷する行為
3. 他者の著作権、商標権、肖像権、プライバシーを侵害する行為
4. 商業目的の広告や宣伝行為（スパムを含む）
5. SNSの趣旨に反する内容の投稿
6. 暴力的、わいせつな表現、差別を助長する行為
7. 他者になりすます行為や虚偽の情報の拡散
8. その他、泉佐野市が不適切と判断する行為
本規約は、泉佐野市の判断により予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の内容は公式SNSまたは公式観光サイト上で告知します。

1. Terms of Use for Izumisano City Official Tourism SNS (#Unified Regulations)
1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to the following Izumisano City official tourism SNS accounts (hereinafter referred to as "Official SNS"). Users are deemed to agree to these terms upon utilizing the Official SNS.

The Official SNS are operated as official accounts to disseminate tourism information about Izumisano City, managed by Jimott LLC under contract with Izumisano City.
2. Prohibited Actions
If users engage in the following actions, the management may respond by deleting posts or blocking accounts:
Actions violating laws, ordinances, or public order and morals.
Defamatory acts against specific individuals or organizations.
Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or privacy of others.
Advertising or promotional activities for commercial purposes (including spam).
Posts contrary to the purpose of the SNS.
Violent, obscene, or discriminatory expressions.
Impersonation of others or spreading false information.
Any other actions deemed inappropriate by Izumisano City.
3. Copyrights
Copyrights related to posts belong to the respective poster.
Izumisano City reserves the right to use posted content free of charge and non-exclusively for tourism promotion purposes (including editing, duplication, public presentation, and translation).
Posters are deemed to agree not to assert copyrights against Izumisano City or its operating company, Jimott LLC, regarding the use of their content.
4. Disclaimer
Izumisano City and Jimott LLC do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the posted content.
Izumisano City and Jimott LLC are not responsible for any damages or disputes arising from the use of the Official SNS.
They are also not responsible for impacts caused by specification changes or disruptions of SNS platforms.
5. Changes to the Terms
These terms may be changed without notice at the discretion of Izumisano City. The updated terms will be announced on the Official SNS or the official tourism website.
X (formerly Twitter) Operation Policy
Purpose of Operation: Broadly disseminate tourism information, event announcements, and the latest news about Izumisano City.
Content:
Information on tourist spots and events in Izumisano City.
Introductions to local specialties and dining establishments.
Tourism-related emergency information in the city (as needed).
Response Policy
Replies may be provided by official accounts operated by public institutions if deemed necessary.
Retweets (reposts) will be conducted whenever feasible to promote the dissemination of tourism information, provided the content is reasonable and appropriate.
Additionally, posts containing offensive, discriminatory, or sexual expressions may result in the blocking of the account.
Posting Hours: Mainly weekdays from 9:00 to 17:15, with occasional posts on holidays or at night as needed.
Facebook Operation Policy
Purpose of Operation: Share tourism information by the Izumisano City Tourism Association and Izumisano City Promotion.
Content:
Event announcements and introductions to tourist spots.
Promoting the city’s appeal through photos and videos.
Facilitating interaction via the comment section.
Response Policy:
The comment section is open; however, inappropriate content will be deleted.
Additionally, posts containing offensive, discriminatory, or sexual expressions may result in the blocking of the account.
Posting Hours: Updates will be made on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:15.
Instagram Operation Policy
Purpose of Operation: Visually showcase Izumisano City’s beautiful landscapes and tourist attractions through photos and videos.
Content:
Photos and videos of tourist spots and event information.
Reposting user content (with prior permission).
Campaigns utilizing hashtags.
Response Policy: When reposting user content, prior permission will be obtained.Additionally, posts containing offensive,
discriminatory, or sexual expressions may result in the blocking of the account.
Posting Frequency: Approximately 2–3 posts per week.
