I am passionate about the need to empower young girls with practical skills to feel confident and strong at the core. I want them to feel content about who they are just as they are and not feel they need to change. I want them to be strong in body and mind.

There's plenty of ways we do this;

For girls in grade 4 - 6 we run 8 week programs that deal with anxiety and all that that can mean for a young girl. Issues with friends, not wanting to try new things, being self conscious and lack of confidence. This powerful program gives them practical tools (breathwork, creative sessions, mindfulness, etc) to feel strong and able to take on these issues.

For girls in high school we offer weekly Pilates classes. In this age of selfies and social media I provide space and time every week where girls can create a relationship with their bodies based on something other than how it looks, get out of their own heads and get to understand how mindful movement can help them physically, emotionally and academically.

We also run dance parties, creative sessions and anything else we think that can help girls be even more amazing!

The spaces are always warm and inviting, the words we use are always empowering and the girls leave the session with a unique card reminding them how amazing they are.
