Koklo is designed to respect your privacy.

Currently, Koklo:

Does not require you to create an account.
Does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information.
Does not track your location.
Does not collect analytics or usage data.
Does not use Firebase or any other cloud database services.

All learning content and your progress are stored locally on your device.

Offline Storage

Koklo works primarily offline.

The app stores phrase data, learning progress, and app preferences locally on your device using Android's local storage technologies, including Room Database and DataStore. This information never leaves your device.

Permissions

Koklo only requests the permissions necessary for the app to function properly. The app does not request access to sensitive information such as your contacts, camera, microphone, or location.

Koklo does not display advertisements in the current version.

If advertisements are introduced in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Any advertising services used will have their own privacy policies.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Koklo currently does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

If premium features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how payment-related information is handled. Payments will be processed securely through the Google Play Store and not directly by Koklo.

Children's Privacy

Koklo is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Since Koklo does not collect personal information, your privacy risks are minimal. Any information stored by the app remains on your device.
