コイノニア日本語修養会にご宿泊頂く皆さま、

レガシーホテルとの交渉に時間がかかり、お知らせが遅くなり申し訳ございません。

昨日まで、レガシーホテルへの宿泊は、「ルイビル日本語教会」がとりまとめて行うということにしており、皆さまのお申込みを受け付けておりました。

しかし、レガシーの担当者との話合いの結論として、恐れ入りますが、この方針を変更して、「それぞれの参加者に部屋の予約をして頂く」ということに致しました。

その方が皆さまに益することが大きいという判断です。それぞれのご都合に合わせた部屋が確保できるということと、ご予定の変更やキャンセルにも、それぞれがにご対応して頂くことが可能となります。

以下が、レガシーホテル予約の要領です。レガシーは、神学校の付属ホテルであり、通常のホテル宿泊と若干異なります。担当者は、Ashely Peacockさんとなり、彼女以外の方は、コイノニア修養会の受付ができませんのでご注意ください。

以下の項目について、ご確認の上、お電話ください。

１）宿泊のお部屋について

５月４日まで、Koinonia Japanese Retreat Conference として、以下の部屋を数部屋づつ、合計で１０部屋グループブロックをしています。（ 2 Bedroom Suite、 Family Suite、Double Room、Suite）

この部屋以外の部屋も空きがある限り予約することができます。

• キャンパスは、全て禁煙です。室内も、集会会場も、構内では禁煙です。

• 敷地内での飲酒は禁止されてます。

• キャンパスを使用して頂くにあたり、南部神学校の共同体としての基準を尊重してください。一部ですが、次のようなことを含みます。

· 人間と人間の安全を大切すること

· 神学校、個人と公用の物品を大切にするこ

• ホテル室内において、どのようなヒーターや料理器具の使用も使用できません。

• どのようなペットも室内にいれることは出来ません。

• レガシーホテルの付属品を盗難、損傷、痛めた場合には、原状回復のための修繕、購入、若しくは清掃の費用を負担して頂きます。

• Additionally, it should be known that:

• As a non-smoking campus, smoking in guest rooms, conference rooms or public spaces within the facility is prohibited.

• As an alcohol-free campus, alcohol is not allowed on the premises.

• As an on-campus guest, please be aware of and abide by the Community Standards of Southern Seminary. These include, but are not limited to:

o Respect for persons and personal safety.

o Respect for seminary, private, and public property.

• Cooking /heating appliances of any kind are not permitted in guest rooms.

• Pets of any kind are not permitted in guest rooms.

• If evidence of theft, damage or disrespect for Legacy Hotel property is discovered, the guest(s) deemed responsible will be billed for the reasonable cost of any repair, replacement or special cleaning needed to return the room to its original condition.

All the rooms of the Legacy Hotel are full. Please reserve a closer hotel by yourselves. Thank you for your understanding.

Renewal April 25, 2022

We have been in negotiations with the Legacy Hotel for some time and apologize for the delay.

Up until yesterday, Louisville Japanese Christian Church had been handling the accommodation at the Legacy Hotel and had been accepting your applications.

However, after discussions with Legacy staff, we have decided to change this policy and have each participant make his/her own room reservation.

We have decided that this will be more beneficial to everyone. This will allow each participant to reserve a room for their own convenience, and will also allow us to accommodate any schedule changes or cancellations.

Below is the procedure for making reservations at the Legacy Hotel. The Legacy is a seminary-affiliated hotel and is slightly different from a regular hotel stay. Please note that the person in charge is Ms. Ashely Peacock, and no one other than Ms. Peacock will be able to accept the Koinonia Japanese Retreat Conference.

Please confirm the following items before calling.

(1) Rooms for the overnight stay

Until May 4, we have a group block of 10 rooms for the Koinonia Japanese Retreat Conference, including several rooms each of the following (2 Bedroom Suite, Family Suite, Double Room, Suite)

Other rooms can be reserved as long as there are rooms available.
