Welcome to Koin (“App”), operated by us (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Koin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using Koin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Koin is a mobile application designed to provide coin-related features and services such like coin identification. Certain features may require an active subscription.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
Koin offers the following subscription plans:
Weekly Subscription: $6.99
Yearly Subscription: $39.99
Payments are charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
We do not manage billing directly and do not store payment information.
If a free trial is offered:
The free trial period will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
You agree to:
Use Koin only for lawful purposes
Not misuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the App
Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App without permission
All content, design elements, icons, logos, and features in Koin are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Koin is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:
Accuracy or reliability of content
Availability or uninterrupted access
Error-free performance
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Koin.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Koin at any time if:
These Terms are violated
The App is misused
Required by law
Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused subscription periods.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Koin after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
