Welcome to my webpage.
I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Business Analytics at the University of Bristol Business School. I received my Ph.D. from Arizona State University. My research focuses on the intersection of food retailing, food manufacturing, quantitative marketing, and empirical industrial organization. I have provided policy and managerial insights by analyzing consumer choices in food retail markets, quantifying vertical supply chain relationships, and investigating strategies for consumer packaged goods manufacturing and retailing. My work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Retailing, the American Journal of Agricultural Economics, and the European Review of Agricultural Economics.
My recent research interests include identifying the primary sources of household food waste, examining the value of user-generated content for product improvement and quality control, and assessing the welfare implications of quantity discounts in the food retail sector.
