TERMS OF SERVICE
As the artist...
I will make any revisions a commissioner requests in the sketch stage of a commission (complete pose changes, angle changes, changing a character featured, adding characters that interact with another character directly [i.e punching them] , minor changes (hand being slightly lowered, small tweaks to expressions) in the line-art stage, and palette changes in the colouring stage. If you would like more information on the exacts of this, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I have the right to deny any commission. I will not draw any NSFW or fetish content, along with anything sexist/xenophobic/racist, transphobic or otherwise ignorant/hateful.
I will always send a preliminary sketch before requesting payment. Full payment must be received before a commission is completed, and 30% must be paid upfront.
I will update you on your piece regularly, sending you updates at each step of the process for approval by you to ensure you're getting the best piece you can.
Sadly, due to the fact I am currently an animation student, my professional work will always come first. Be aware you may wait several months for your final piece, but I will always provide the current state of your piece on request. Between May and August will be the quickest time to get your commission done. *
As the commissioner...
You consent to me publishing the final product of any commissions on my social media, or adding them to my digital portfolio for display. If you do not want your commission to be displayed on social media at all, you must notify me of this.
You will, under no circumstances, resell my work. This includes displaying my work on merchandise, redistributing my artwork in digital or physical form for any kind of profit, or usage in NFTs, AI training models or cryptocurrency trades.
You will communicate with me if the work needs to be completed within a certain time frame, or if it has a strict deadline. If this deadline is within three weeks of the commission being ordered, a 30% rush fee will be applied.
You understand that the commission process may be halted in the case of harassment or untoward behaviour towards myself (i.e rude comments, bigoted language being used towards myself or others, haggling prices after a deposit has been made, pushing hard boundaries I have set in my TOS etc.).
Adding additional characters: For commissions with more than one character, you will be charged half the price of the commission per character! For example, if the commission would be $10 with one character, it will be $15 with two.

CHARACTER HEADSHOT
A character head/bust is a drawing of a character from up to the chest and above. Construction sketch can be visible with lines for stylistic effect upon request. Lines can be clean or sketch style. Comes with colour and cell shading..

CHARACTER FULLBODY
A character full-body is an illustration of the entirety of a character, head to toe. Construction sketch can be visible with lines for stylistic effect upon request. Lines can be clean or a sketch style. Includes colour and cell shading.
Backgrounds are an additional fee based on complexity and can range from $5 for something with a single prop, or over $60+ for a pan of a semi-realistic pier town or an intricate magic forest that takes up most of the image.

REFERENCE SHEET/CHARACTER DESIGNS
Need a design for a Multi-Animator Project or for an original character that you can't quite pin down? Need a full reference for something? If you give me a few visual references and an idea of your vision for your fella, I can design them! By default, you get a full-body view of them from two angles with two expressions to show their emotional range.
As two examples, I have displayed here a Jayfeather (Warrior Cats) design based on the Eurasian Jay instead of the conventional blue jay, along with a completely original design for a young thief character.
for only the basics: $70
for extra expressions: $5/per
for extra pose/different view of character: $40
for hand poses: $5/per
*(upcharge of $10 may apply to especially complex patterns or armour)
FOR AN ALREADY EXISTING DESIGN: A 30% discount will apply as I do not have to do the design development stage of the work! I cannot offer more than this because of how precise you need to be to make a good turnaround.
RUSH FEES
Need something in a rush? I can do that, depending on the timeline of things! But be aware that there is an extra charge of 30% of the commission price. As well, for any commission, I need at least one week for things such as headshots and fullbodies with no backgrounds, and two weeks for everything else. A rush fee is applied if you need anything in under three weeks. I am often balancing my animation class work or a full-time job along with my commissions, thus anything with a rush fee causes me to go under crunch time outside of my already existing work. I may also deny crunch orders if I believe I cannot get them done in the timeline provided, or if I already have a crunch order in place.
PAINTED COMMISSIONS and PORTRAITS
You may notice I use this piece as a banner in multiple places! This was traditionally painted and then photographed. I do both digital and physical painting commissions. Due to time and material costs, both do have an up-charge. This is due to the amount of labour involved, along with material costs for traditional painting
For digital painting, it is a 40% up-charge.
For traditional, due to material costs (wood/paper, paints, brushes, photographing, touch-ups if needed), it is a BASE 100% UP-CHARGE. You will also be responsible for covering the cost of the wood board it is painted on if it exceeds 10$/8x11 inches. I do not paint on canvas. My layering technique I use for my traditional work with acrylic does not work on canvas as well. This is a personal preference, but a very strong one.
I will not offer discounts for provided materials , and I do not accept materials from commissioners to use. I do my best work when using materials I've had time and practice with.

BUNDLES
Need more than one reference or image? Talk to me about it and we'll see if I can give you a small discount on the pieces you've ordered! This applies to if you're ordering more than three pieces. It'll likely just get rounded to a more even number, or around 10%. I can't guarantee any discount, especially if the pieces are complex.
FRIENDS + FAMILY and TRADES
I do not currently offer any friends or family discounts. However, I do art trades/services trades, and I'm especially looking at tattooing services. This is on a case-by-case basis however, I can't guarantee I'll agree to it.
