Personnel Economics, Organizational Economics, Labor Economics, and Applied Microecometrics.

Current Particular Interests:

Specialists and generalists in organizations, human capital accumulation, and the effects of firm-provided training (esp., Off-JT) on worker productivity.

Personal Hobby:

Alt Saxophone (slightly better than beginners), Climbing (the past).

I was promoted from a research associate to a junior researcher as of October 1st. I will continue to exert my effort for my research.

I presented my work, "Specialists and Generalists in Adaptive Organizations," at 29th Annual SIOE Conference! I enjoyed discussing my research with talented international researchers!

I published my single-author paper "Specialists and Generalists in Adaptive Organizations" as a WINPEC working paper! [Link] I will brush up the paper and submit it to a peer-reviewed journal.

I have recently passed the final defense of my Ph.D. dissertation! I have obtained a Ph.D. degree as of 18th June! I would like to thank those who have supported me in my doctoral degree!

I will present my work, "Specialists and Generalists in Adaptive Organizations," at WEAI's 100th Annual Conference in San Francisco on June 21st! And I will also be participating in the poster session at SOLE's Sixth World Labor Conference in Tronto on 28th June! I am looking forward to the visit!
