To order

STEP 1:

There are two ways to order Keep Kohala Kohala Swag:

1) Complete this order form OR

2) Email kohalaoralhistoryproject@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your name.

  • Your email address.

  • Products you would like to order (quantity, type, size, color).

  • Method of payment (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle) and payment handle.

  • Let us know if you will be picking up your order in Kohala or if you would like it mailed to you. If you would like it mailed, please include your mailing address.


STEP 2:

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the total cost and you will also receive a payment request. Shipping costs will be included if applicable.


STEP 3:

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up or shipped. Orders usually take 2-4 weeks to fulfill.

Pick up location is Kohala Resilience Hub at the North Kohala Resource Community Center, 55-514 Hawi Rd, Hawi, HI 96719.
