【キャンセルポリシー（キャンセル規定について）】

当宿では、海外から長期で計画を立てて航空券を手配されるお客様が多くいらっしゃいます。チェックイン日の2ヶ月前（60日前）を切ってしまうと、他のお客様が航空券や旅程を手配して新たに予約を確保することが非常に難しくなります。

そのため、キャンセルによる急な空室リスクを抑えることで通常よりもリーズナブルな宿泊価格を実現し、皆様へ還元できるよう、無料キャンセル期限を「チェックイン日の60日前まで」と設定させていただいております。

何卒ご理解とご協力のほどお願い申し上げます。

チェックイン日の61日前 23:59（日本時間 / JST）まで：全額返金（キャンセル料無料）

 チェックイン日の60日前 00:00（日本時間 / JST）以降〜当日・不泊：返金不可（宿泊料の100%）

【Cancellation Policy】

Many of our guests travel from overseas and book their international flights well in advance. Once we are within 2 months (60 days) of the check-in date, it is extremely difficult for other travelers to arrange flights and fill sudden vacancies.

To offset the risk of late cancellations, we offer our accommodations at significantly more affordable and competitive rates. In return, we kindly set our free cancellation window up to 60 days prior to check-in.

Up to 61 days prior to check-in (23:59 JST): Full refund (Free cancellation)

Within 60 days of check-in / No-show: Non-refundable (100% charge)
