Greetings! I'm Kody Smith,  graduate with a Master's in Organizational Leadership from OU. My degree program prepared me to allign the organizaitons vision with the goals they aim to achieve. Through a combination of training, curriculum development, and performance monitoring programs, I will be able to direct any organization in the direction they need to succeed.

My adaptability to change and keen attention to detail allow me to quickly integrate into diverse roles, from leading physical and medical training sessions in the US Navy to delivering EPIC systems training for healthcare professionals. Analytical and data-driven, I possess a knack for evaluating user metrics, adjusting training methods to meet targets, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal user experiences. This is further evidenced by my tenure as a Technical Support Specialist and EPIC Credentialed Instructor. My experience across various sectors, from medical assistance to media management, has imbued me with a multifaceted skill set, enabling me to blend technology, leadership, and hands-on medical expertise seamlessly.
