Kodex Designs

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Kodex Designs, including but not limited to GTA V and FiveM scripts, mods, assets, designs, and custom development work.

By purchasing, downloading, receiving, or using any product or service from Kodex Designs you explicitly agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use our products.

2. Digital Nature of Products

All products and services provided by Kodex Designs are digital goods and digital services.
Delivery is made electronically. Once delivered, the product is considered successfully fulfilled.

3. Payments & No Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All sales are final.

• Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds, chargebacks, or disputes are permitted after delivery.

• Attempted chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• All scripts, code, assets, designs, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kodex Designs, unless a written transfer of rights is explicitly provided.

• Purchasing a product grants no ownership, only a limited, revocable license to use.

5. License & Usage Restrictions

The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license under the following strict conditions:

You MAY:

• Use the product on one FiveM or GTA V server (unless otherwise agreed).

You MAY NOT, under any circumstances:

• Share, forward, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the product or any part of it to any third party.

• Upload the product to GitHub, forums, Discords, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms.

• Allow access to the product files to developers, staff members, or third parties who are not explicitly authorized by Kodex Designs.

• Use the product for commercial resale or profit generation beyond normal server operation.

6. Strict Modification & Editing Prohibition

• Any modification, editing, decompiling, reverse engineering, obfuscation removal, or adaptation of the product is strictly prohibited.

• This includes partial edits, integration into other scripts, or copying logic, code structure, or assets.

• Derivative works based on Smileservices products are not allowed.

Violation of this clause constitutes copyright infringement.

7. Confidentiality

All provided code, assets, and files are considered confidential.
You are obligated to protect them from unauthorized access and disclosure.

8. Support & Bug Fixes

• Support is provided at Smileservices’ discretion and only to the original buyer.

• Bug fixes are only provided if the issue is caused directly by our code and has not been modified.

• No support is provided for edited, leaked, or redistributed products.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Kodex Designs is not liable for server crashes, data loss, bans, performance issues, or incompatibility caused by FiveM, GTA V updates, third-party scripts, or misuse.

• Use of our products is entirely at your own risk.

10. Enforcement & Termination

Kodex Designs reserves the right to:

• Immediately revoke licenses

• Deny future services

• Disable access

• Take legal action

if any part of these Terms is violated, without refund or compensation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Kodex Designs’ jurisdiction.
Place of jurisdiction shall be determined accordingly.
