• Does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

• Does not sell or share user information.

Local App Data

The app may store limited learning-related information locally on the user’s device, including:

• Stars earned

• Unlocked achievements or stickers

• Learning progress

• Sound preferences

• App settings

This information remains on the device and is not uploaded or transmitted to the developer or any external server.

Children’s Privacy

Koda Kids: Learning Hub is intended for children.

The current version of the app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is designed to minimize data collection and provide a child-friendly educational experience.

If you believe that personal information has been provided through an external support channel, please contact us so that we can review and remove it where applicable.

COPPA generally requires parental notice and verifiable consent before collecting personal information online from children under 13. The current app avoids such online collection.

Saving Artwork to the Device

The app allows users to save completed artwork to their device’s photo gallery.

This action only occurs when the user chooses the save option. The app does not access, upload, collect, or share the user’s existing photos or saved artwork.

Saved artwork remains on the user’s device unless the user or parent chooses to share it using another application.

External Links and Parental Controls

The app may include links intended for parents, such as a contact option or a link to other apps published by the developer.

Where applicable, these links are protected by a parental gate and may open an external application or website. Once an external service is opened, its own terms and privacy policy will apply.

Parents and guardians should supervise children when accessing external links.

Third-Party Services

The current version of Koda Kids: Learning Hub does not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking services.

The app is distributed through Google Play, and Google may process information related to downloading, installing, updating, and securing the app according to Google’s own policies.

Advertising

The current version of Koda Kids: Learning Hub does not display advertisements.

If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated before the feature is made available. Any advertising used in a child-directed version of the app will be selected and configured in accordance with applicable Google Play Families requirements.

Google requires children-targeted apps to disclose personal and sensitive information collected through the app, APIs, or SDKs.

Data Security

Because the current version does not transmit personal information to the developer’s servers, most app progress and settings remain locally stored on the device.

Users can remove locally stored app information by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

Future Features

Future versions may introduce optional features such as parent accounts, cloud synchronization, subscriptions, premium educational content, analytics, or other online services.

Before any such feature collects or processes additional information, this Privacy Policy and the relevant Google Play declarations will be updated. Appropriate notices, safeguards, and parental consent mechanisms will be implemented where legally required.
