Title: "AI, Commerce and You: The Future of Shopping"
In the past, if you wanted to buy something, you had to search on Google or Amazon. The next era will look different: instead of you doing all the searching, AI “shopping agents” will compare options, choose products, and even place orders based on your preferences like your personal assistant.
In this talk, I’ll explain how commerce is shifting from “search” to “ask,” and what that means for creators and businesses. I’ll also offer Kim’C Market as a case study. Kim'C Market sells premium Korean foods and crafts, and we’ve learned that in the AI era, the winners will be the ones who teach the internet clearly with helpful guides and answers to real questions. That’s why we invest in SEO and AEO, and we’ve hired a content team to create blogs and educational content that captures “long-tail” questions.
Finally, I’ll show a few practical ways we use AI today, like drafting content faster and improving customer support. At the end of the talk, students will have one big idea: AI amplifies curious people. Learning to ask great questions and test ideas will be a superpower.
