Monthly Meetings 2nd Sunday of the Month @ 10:00 at the grace Center Classroom
The Knights of Columbus Council at St. Mary’s Church holds its regular monthly meeting on the second Sunday of each month at 10:00 AM, immediately following the 9:00 AM Mass. Meetings are held in the Grace Center classroom. New members and prospective members are always welcome to attend.
Each meeting begins with an opening prayer, reaffirming the Knights’ commitment to faith, service, and fraternity. The Grand Knight then calls the meeting to order, welcomes members and guests, and introduces any new or prospective Knights.
The agenda typically includes:
Opening prayer
Call to order and welcome, including recognition of new and prospective members
Review and approval of prior meeting minutes
Reports from officers and committee chairs
Updates on parish activities and community service initiatives
Planning and coordination of upcoming charitable, faith-based, and family events
Open discussion, announcements, and member input
Closing prayer
Following the formal adjournment, members often remain for brief fellowship and informal conversation, further strengthening the bonds of fraternity.
These monthly meetings provide a welcoming and organized opportunity for Knights to live out the Order’s principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism, while actively supporting the mission of St. Mary’s Church, its parishioners, and the broader community.
