Kobdi Vadi ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Kobdi Vadi mobile application (the "Service").
Kobdi Vadi apps has created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so you will understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed your usage, statistics, input while using Kobdi Vadi would be collected. By using our apps you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to post data, including photos, comments and other materials ("User Data"), to the Product, and to share User content publicly.

1. What Kind Of Information We Collect?
Information you select to post and/or to publicly display. You may post your Picture, on our Product & share them with others in/through our Product and other social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram) and more. These materials post by you would still under your control and you still select whether you post, see or remove such materials.
We DO NOT collect, store or use any personal information while you visit, download or upgrade our products. We may use personal information (PI) submitted by you only for help us develop, deliver, and improve our products & services and supply higher quality service.
2. How do we Use Collected Information?
We may use your information only for serving you better as below:
To personalize user experience;
To help to develop our service- We may use Non- Personal Information to provide, maintain, improve and develop our services;
We may collect your non-personal information and use them for market and promotion purpose, for example, we may promote or recommend more relevant apps to you.
We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide you the features and functionality of Kobdi Vadi.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We do not disclose your non-personal or personal information.
We do not disclose, or sell your personal information such as your name, local address, and photo to the third party without your prior consent.
4. Personal Information.
We DO NOT collect, store or use any personal information while you visit, download or upgrade our products.
We may use personal information submitted by you only for the following purposes: help us develop, deliver, and improve our products and services, and supply higher quality service; manage online surveys and other activities you’ve participated in.
In the following circumstances, we may disclose your personal information according to your wish or regulations by law:

(2) By the applicable law within or outside your country of residence, legal process, litigation requests;
(3) By requests from public and governmental authorities;
(4) To protect our legal rights, and interests.
5. Third-Party Advertisement.
In general, the Applications, the Services, and the Site access third party information (such as your Facebook account information) through application interfaces. We may provide links to third-party Websites, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, as a service to our Users. We use Google AdMob SDK for advertisement in our applications. We also use "Home Campaign Advertisement” to promote our other application. We show this home campaign advertisement under the label, "Re-commanded Apps” or Any Other Label. Remember, though there could be errors in the programming, and sometime programming errors may cause unwanted side effects. When you click on links of third parties in an Application, the Services or the Site, you may leave the Application, the Services or the Site. Some of these third party sites may be co-branded with our name/logo or our affiliated entity's name/logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us. This Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Websites operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or otherwise accessible from an Application, the Services or the Site. The inclusion of a link or accessibility of third party Websites does not imply endorsement of such third party Website by us.
6. Security
Kobdi Vadi is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use.
Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.
7. Sensitive Information.
We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.
8. Use Of Applications Or The Services.
If you object to your Personal Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please do not use any Application, the Services or The Site and immediately delete all Applications from your User Devices.
9. Children’s Privacy.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian, and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian, and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
