Virtual Reality Lab

 Kyungpook National University

Virtual reality (VR) is a computer-simulated environment that can replicate the experience of being physically present in real or imagined worlds. KNU VR Lab, established in 1998 by Professor Soon Ki Jung, has been actively involved in the field of VR research and development.

Over the years, in addition to Virtual Reality, we have also been focusing on Augmented Reality (AR), 3D computer graphics processing, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Mobile application development, wearable computing, and other related areas. Our multidisciplinary approach enables us to explore and innovate in diverse domains, resulting in more immersive and interactive experiences for end-users.
