I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in Economics at the University of Tübingen.

My research interests are informational and political frictions in macroeconomics (esp. expectation formation) and international economics (fragmentation and political shocks). For further details, please see Research.

• May 2026  – I will present my work on political distance and international trade at the EEA meeting in Dublin in August.

• April 2026 – I will present my work on political distance and international trade and how US interstate migration responds to political shocks at the XXVII Conference on International Economics.

• March 2026 – I am excited to join the Research Unit of Danmarks Nationalbank as a visiting researcher from April to May.

• February 2026 – Firm Expectations and News: Micro vs. Macro received a Revise & Resubmit at the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics.
