파일들을 발표 PC에 복사해 놓을 예정이지만 혹시 모르니 USB 메모리에 복사해 오기 바랍니다.
제출 파일과 발표 파일 달라도 됩니다.
세션 시작 10분전에 와서(13:20 and 15:10) 파일들이 제대로 되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.
Please bring your USB memory with your oral presentation file for a backup.
Come to the presentation room 10 minutes before the session (13:20 and 15:10) and check your presentation file.

Submit BOTH oral and poster presentation files.
The oral schedule may start early or late because there are a number of students who want to change their schedule, and we also expect some missings (no-show). So we strongly recommend you to stay the whole time of the presentation, watching other presentations, and ask questions.
For example, if your presentation is 14:30, please stay in the room 13:50-15:00.
For the second slot-assigned, please stay the whole 15:20-17:00.
Attendance check: 3 times. Start - Presentation - End. Start and end attendance will not be included in the evaluation, but for checking how many students are attending.
Watching other presentations may give you an idea for improving your presentation skills.
All the presentations will be video-recorded, so the organizing committee would like to have many students watching it. So please help us.
Final evaluation criteria (changed from the initial announcement):
Paper 55%, oral 40%, poster 5%

All students who submitted full papers or abstracts are required to submit oral/poster presentation file before the award.
Oral presentation: schedule will be available soon.
Poster presentation: the submitted file will be displayed on PC monitors instead of printed paper posters.

대학원생(학부생 포함) 논문 제출 마감: 2021 년 10 월 30 일 --> 11 월 7 일까지 (submission deadline for graduate students: 11/07)
11/5 학부생 논문에 대해서는 제한 조건이 없고(학회 제출, 저널 등등) 2쪽 abstract 만 내면 되고, 발표 평가 비중이 훨씬 높습니다. 따라서 발표에 더 준비를 많이 해 주기 바랍니다.
11/1 announcement: no turn-it-in report is required. Just submit paper pdf file (turn-it-in 문서는 제출하지 않아도 됩니다).
10/28 update: even if you haven't submitted title/author(s), you can still submit the full paper (제목과 저자명을 제출하지 않았더라도 심사용 논문 제출 가능합니다.)

English text only: one of the main purpose of KNUEERC is to prepare SCI(E) papers, so English writing is MANDATORY.
