Research Interests
Investigation of electronic structures of quantum materials, including two-dimensional (2D) materials, heavy fermions, strongly correlated electron systems, Kagomé materials, and topological materials, using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES)
Epitaxial growth of 2D materials, such as graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides and transition metal monochalcogenides, using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE)
Modifying and controlling the electronic properties of quantum materials utilizing the interface interaction, quantum confinement, and heterostructure engineering
