About us

우리 연구실에서는 고분자 및 복합소재가 다양한 환경하에서 장기간 사용되었을 때의 내구성을 가속화하여 평가하고, 역학 모델을 기반으로 실제 사용 조건에서의 수명 및 파손 거동을 예측하는 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 주요 연구분야는 다음과 같습니다.

• 고분자 및 복합소재의 복합환경 하에서의 내구성 평가

• 고분자 배관소재의 장기파손거동 분석 및 이론적 예측모델 개발

• 고내열성, 내화학성 고분자 및 복합소재 개발

• 고분자 소재의 미세구조-기계물성 관계 연구

• 금속, 고분자, 유리 소재의 표면 스크래치 및 마모 저항성 평가 및 분석

• 다양한 공학 구조물의 유한요소해석

• 비강성, 비강도 향상을 위한 메타구조물 개발

Our lab focuses on the research field in characterizing the mechanical properties of polymers and composites under long-term use in various environmental conditions. The current research interests include the following:

• Durability characterization of polymers and composites under combined deteriorate environments

• Analysis and theoretical modeling of long-term failure behavior of polymer pipes

• Development of high durability engineering polymers

• Correlation between micro-structures and physical properties of polymers

• Scratch and wear resistance test and analysis of metals, polymers, and glass

• Finite element analysis on various engineering structures

• Development of meta-structures for enhancing specific stiffness and strength
