강원대학교 사회과학대학 부동산학과 GENIUS Lab에서는 책임감 있고 스마트한 부동산 관리 및 정책 연구를 선도하며, 지속가능한 미래를 위해 함께할 학부 연구원 및 대학원생을 모집합니다.

연구실 소개
GENIUS Lab은 토지 거버넌스, 주거 환경, 도시 네트워크, 공간 정보, 통일 부동산 정책, 공간계획 제도 등 현대 부동산 및 국토 관리의 주요 과제를 통합적으로 연구합니다. 학문적 기여뿐만 아니라 현실적인 정책 및 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 연구를 지향하며, 지속 가능하고 혁신적인 부동산 분야의 미래를 만들어가고 있습니다.

모집 대상

1. 학부 연구생

   • 강원대학교 부동산학과 3학년 또는 4학년 재학생 우선 고려

   • 학석사 연계 과정 또는 석사 과정 진학을 목표로 하는 학생 우대

   • 연구 활동에 열정을 가지고, 팀워크와 자기 주도적 학습 역량을 갖춘 학생

2. 석사 및 박사과정 (part / full time)

   • 부동산학 및 관련 분야에 관심이 깊고, GENIUS Lab의 연구 주제와 부합하는 연구를 희망하는 학생

   • 연구에 열정적이며, 적극적으로 학문적 도전과 성과를 추구하는 학생

   • 자기소개서 및 연구계획서 제출 필수

The GENIUS Lab at the Department of Real Estate, College of Social Sciences, Kangwon National University, is recruiting passionate and dedicated Master’s and PhD students. Our lab is at the forefront of research in responsible and smart real estate management and policy, addressing global and local challenges in sustainable development.

About GENIUS Lab
GENIUS Lab focuses on integrative research in key areas such as:  land governance, built environment, spatial networks, geospatial information policies, post-conflict peacebuilding, and planning systems. Our research contributes to academic advancement while offering practical solutions for policy and decision-making in real estate and territorial management.

Who We Are Looking For

• Students with a strong interest in real estate, territorial management, and related fields

• Candidates eager to explore innovative research topics aligned with GENIUS Lab’s core themes
